License Terms & Conditions

All vocal purchases from CHIA are governed by the following license terms. By purchasing, you agree to these conditions. NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE: Grants the right to use the vocal in one (1) original commercial production. Multiple producers may hold non-exclusive licenses for the same vocal. You may distribute on all streaming platforms and perform live. EXCLUSIVE LICENSE: Grants sole, worldwide rights to use the vocal. Upon purchase, the vocal is removed from the store. Includes rights for commercial release, sync licensing, and live performance. LIMITED EDITION LICENSE: Identical to Non-Exclusive but capped at 10 total licenses. Includes a numbered digital certificate. HOOK LICENSE: Grants right to use a short vocal phrase (typically 1-4 bars) in one production. GENERAL TERMS: You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the raw vocal files. You may not claim authorship of the vocal itself. Credit to CHIA as vocalist is appreciated but not required for Non-Exclusive licenses. Credit is required for Exclusive and Limited Edition licenses.
