The Meaning Behind CHIA
CHIA is rooted in the concept of 'chi' — life force energy — and the ongoing search for balance between mind, body and soul.
The name is a shortening of my given name, Christina, but it represents something deeper than a rebrand: a shift toward alignment in my life and artistry.
CHIA is a reminder of that balance — the yin and yang within all of us; the tension between light and dark, chaos and clarity, vulnerability and strength.
My music exists within those contrasts and aims to transform them into something connective and uplifting. At its core this project is about creating space for people to reconnect with themselves through music — to feel lighter, more open and more connected.
#FindYourCHI is an open invitation to define what balance, healing or energy means for you.
